Welcome to AURORA ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to any purchase you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
1. ABOUT US
AURORA is an online store selling home décor and lighting products. You can contact us at createaurora.shop@gmail.com.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete.
3. PRODUCTS
- We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Because our lamps are made of natural wood, the grain, tone and size of each piece may vary slightly from the photos. Colors may also look different depending on your screen.
- Product photos may include props or settings that are not part of the product. What is included in each order is listed in the product description.
- We may change or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
- All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
- Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
- Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order has been confirmed.
5. ORDERS
- Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation.
- We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, the price or description is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.
- If you want to cancel your order, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel it free of charge only if it has not been processed yet.
6. SHIPPING
- We offer free shipping to the United States.
- Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (up to 5 during busy periods) and delivered within 10-15 business days after shipping.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, holidays, weather or carriers are outside our control.
- You are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, exchange or refund, as described in our Refund Policy. If your item arrives broken, defective or wrong, we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
8. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
- Use our products only as described and follow any included instructions.
- Charge the lamp only with the USB cable provided or a standard, safe USB charger. Do not leave it charging unattended for long periods, cover it while it is on, or expose it to water or heat.
- Lamps are not toys. Children should use them under adult supervision.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to AURORA or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
10. USER CONTENT
If you send us reviews, photos, comments or other content, you allow us to use, reproduce and share that content in connection with our store and marketing, without payment. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is not illegal or offensive.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AURORA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website uses third-party services, such as Shopify, payment providers and shipping carriers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page. Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of the order.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Spain, unless consumer protection laws where you live say otherwise.
