FREE SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES
Every order to the U.S. ships free, with tracking.

DELIVERY TIMES
- Processing: 1-3 business days (up to 5 during busy periods).
- Shipping: 10-15 business days.
You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to show updates.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Delivery times are estimates. Customs, holidays, weather or carrier delays can sometimes add a few days.
- Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address.

DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED?
Email us at createaurora.shop@gmail.com. If your order is very late or seems lost, we'll track it down. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to return it.
