At AURORA we want you to love your lamp. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.

30-DAY GUARANTEE
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, exchange or refund.

IF YOUR LAMP ARRIVES BROKEN, DEFECTIVE OR IT'S THE WRONG ITEM
- Email us at createaurora.shop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item (and the packaging, if it arrived damaged).
- We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
- No need to send the item back.

IF YOU SIMPLY CHANGED YOUR MIND
- Email us at createaurora.shop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll give you the return address.
- The lamp must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original box.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we'll refund the price of the item.
- Returns sent without contacting us first can't be accepted.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take a few extra days).

Want a different shape or wood tone? Email us and we'll help you swap it.
