We've got answers

Frequently asked questions

Still have a question? Email us at createaurora.shop@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help.

Does it need to be plugged in?

No. It has a built-in rechargeable battery: charge it with the included USB cable and use it anywhere, cord-free.

What kind of light does it give?

A warm LED light, similar to candlelight, with 3 brightness levels you change with a tap. It doesn't glare and creates a relaxing atmosphere.

Is it a lamp or a lantern?

Both. Folded, it's a table lamp you can tilt toward your book. Pulled open, it's a lantern that glows all around. It has a real wood handle and comes in Cream White or Sage Grey.

How long does shipping take?

Your lantern ships from our U.S. warehouse. We process your order in 1-2 business days and it arrives in 3-5 business days after that (4-7 business days in total). Shipping is free and includes a tracking number, sent to you by email.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. If it arrives damaged or defective, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, no need to send it back.
